Welcome!
We are Ali, Q & Bambi. We have come together to create a space where you can slow down, feel cared for and tend to your well-being with God at the center.
Whether you're here for a session, looking for ongoing support or joining us on retreat, we are glad you are here. We look forward to getting to you more as we together Abide in Him so He abides in us; the only way our life can truly bloom.
Why Abide?
Have you ever thought, "I need to take better care of myself," and then another month went by before you did anything about it? That's why we created Abide.
It is a monthly wellness membership for people who spend a lot of time taking care of others and want some of that care for themselves. You have a place to slow down, a team that gets to know you and a regular session you can put on the calendar before life fills up.
For $297 per month, you get a monthly wellness scan, two sessions that pair vibroacoustic therapy with PEMF, two solex foot detoxes, two therawand sessions and access to our wellness academy. If you'd like more time with PEMF and vibroacoustic therapy, we also have Abide+ for $397 per month.
We are a faith centered team, and we'd love to help you find a rhythm of care that fits your life. Would you like me to walk you through what your first month could look like?
